1. Product Selection
Which vibrating wire data acquisition device should I choose?
The right device depends on the number of sensors, measurement requirements, communication method and application environment.
We offer single-channel, 4-channel, 8-channel and 16-channel vibrating wire data acquisition solutions. RS485-based models are suitable for systems using wired communication, while selected models offer 4G or LoRa connectivity for remote monitoring applications.

What is the difference between a single-channel and a multi-channel data acquisition device?
A single-channel device measures one vibrating wire sensor channel. Multi-channel devices can acquire measurements from multiple sensor channels, helping reduce the number of individual acquisition units required in a monitoring system.
The appropriate configuration depends on the number and type of sensors, installation conditions and system architecture.
Do you provide industrial RTUs for remote monitoring?
Yes. Our industrial RTU product range supports remote data acquisition and telemetry applications. Depending on the model, available features may include 4G communication, Ethernet, LoRa, serial interfaces, digital I/O, analog inputs and local data storage.

2. Sensor Compatibility
Which sensors are compatible with your vibrating wire data acquisition devices?
Our vibrating wire acquisition solutions are designed for use with compatible vibrating wire sensors, including piezometers, strain gauges, load cells and displacement sensors.
Compatibility should be confirmed based on the sensor’s electrical characteristics, excitation requirements, measurement range and connection configuration. Please provide the sensor datasheet or model number before ordering.
Can your devices measure temperature as well as vibrating wire frequency?
Selected models support temperature measurement in addition to vibrating wire frequency measurement. The available temperature sensor type, measurement range and accuracy vary by model.
Please check the relevant product datasheet to confirm whether a particular device supports temperature measurement.
3. Communication & Data Transmission
Which communication protocols do your devices support?
Depending on the model, our products may support Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MQTT, DTU communication modes and other application-specific protocols.
Protocol availability varies by device. If your project requires a particular protocol or integration with an existing platform, please share the technical requirements for evaluation.
Do you offer 4G or LoRa remote monitoring solutions?
Yes. Selected vibrating wire acquisition devices and industrial RTUs are available with wireless communication options, including 4G or LoRa, depending on the model.
Please note that some products are supplied in either a 4G version or a LoRa version rather than supporting both on the same unit. Confirm the required communication option when requesting a quotation.
What happens if the network connection is interrupted?
Data continuity depends on the device’s storage capabilities, firmware and system configuration. Selected RTUs support local data logging or store-and-forward functionality, allowing data to be retained locally and transmitted later when connectivity is restored.
Please confirm the availability and behavior of this function for your selected model before deployment.
4. System Integration
Can your devices be integrated into an existing monitoring system?
Integration may be possible through supported communication interfaces and protocols, such as RS485, Modbus, MQTT or other interfaces available on the selected model.
To assess compatibility, please provide details of your existing sensors, data platform, communication protocol and integration requirements.
Do you provide customized hardware, firmware or communication protocols?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services and can evaluate hardware customization, firmware adaptation, protocol integration and product branding based on project requirements.
Customization is subject to technical feasibility, development scope, minimum order requirements and project schedule. Please contact us with your specifications for an initial assessment.
Can your devices be used for dam, bridge, tunnel and slope monitoring?
Our products are designed for industrial IoT and engineering monitoring applications. Depending on the system configuration, they may be used in projects involving dams, bridges, tunnels, slopes, buildings and other infrastructure.
The final solution should be selected according to the sensors, measurement requirements, site conditions, communication coverage and monitoring platform.

Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We welcome OEM/ODM inquiries from equipment manufacturers, system integrators, distributors and project contractors.
